  • The Customer’s submission of a request for return of goods does not constitute acceptance of the return by Welding-Tech
  • The return of goods is possible up to 90 days from the date shown on the proof of purchase.
  • The returned goods must be suitable for further sale, i.e. must be without visible signs of use.

  • Complaints about purchased goods due to their manufacturing defects should be reported directly to the e-mail address:

  • Please include in your e-mail:
  1. order number or delivery note
  2. catalog number of the advertised goods.
  3. a detailed description of the defects or damage
  4. photos confirming the type of damage
  5. a scan of the complaint protocol prepared by the courier (in case of damage in transport)
  6. telephone number to inform about the complaint process

The customer submitting the complaint is obliged to deliver the defective product at the seller’s expense to the address Ofiana 4/19, Łódź 93-380

The Seller will respond to the Customer’s complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. Failure to respond to the Seller within the above-mentioned period means that the Seller considered the complaint justified.
